An ELT Glossary : Objective tests
- Definition : A test in which there are exact "right" answers and no judgement is called for on the part of the marker.

- Examples : A multiple choice test where each item has one right answer and three or four incorrect distractors; a true-false question.

- Objective tests are practical in that they can be easily marked using a template or by a computer.
